Labor Ease Kit by Earth Mama Angel Baby is designed to help you ease your way through labor. It has several products inside to help make labor and birth easier on you. These products include:
  • Natural Stretch Oil, 30 ml.(1 oz.)
  • Natural Labor Companion CD
  • Mint Herbal Lip Balm 7g.(.25 oz.)
  • Hot Spot Labor Sock

Each of these products is designed with wholesome products that won't harm you or baby. The mint lip balm is perfect for dry lips and a touch of mint to help revive you. It also helps stimulate receptors on your lips to reinvigorate you. The Hot Spot Labor Sock is really good for hitting just the right spot with moist heat. It works really well on your pubic bone or in the small of your back. I like that it has a lengthy tie made of soft ribbon so that you don't have to hold it in place.

The stretch oil is designed for your body - all over. You can use it for a great massage in labor on your legs, back or belly. This product is even safe for use as a massage oil for your perineum. Just remember, a little bit goes a long way. While it is scented, it is only lightly scented. I have a very sensitive nose and barely noticed it.

The CD of guided relaxation can be used before or during labor, depending on your preference. I've found all of the Earth Mama Angel Baby CDs to be very inviting and well done. With calm voices and very light music, they work for nearly everyone. I'd still suggest that you listen prior to labor to make sure.

This little kit is a great baby shower gift and it would be perfect to stuff into your hospital bag.
