Guide Review - Yoga Emergency - Back
Kristen Eykel leads this 12 minute workout for your back. She is also known for her DVD Yoga for Your Pregnancy in combination with Lamaze International and Yoga Journal. She is easy to follow and gives great directions.

The poses are simple. And yet they provided me with immediate relief from some of the soreness I'd been experiencing in my low and mid-back. The pace was just right, not too fast and not too slow.
