When you've got the cake cut, bring your big bowl over. Taking one piece of cake in each of you freshly washed hands, begin to rub the pieces of cake together. This will make a fine crumb. Let it fall into the bowl. As it got down to the very end, you may need to recrumbled some of the cake chunks by hand. There should be no large chunks of cake. Repeat this with the last two pieces of cake.

Once the whole cake is crumbled, you will want to get out the icing. You will only use 12 ounces of the container (16 ounces). Using a spoon or a fork, mix the frosting into the cake crumbs. The consistency is sticky and moist. Be sure to get all of the cake crumbs coated. The bottom of the bowl is where large amounts of cake tries to hide from the frosting.
