Once you have enough diapers to fill the base, you will want to cover it with tissue paper. Fold the tissue paper in half, and then again in half. Take scissors and cut a small circle out of the folded center (no edges). Then slip it over the bottle, cut away a bit more if you need to do so. Do not worry if it's messy or not even. This will be covered.

If you are not using the bottle. you can skip the cutting out of the center circle. Simply cover the base in tissue.
