Update Seven

Our contractions

The water is broken at 8:40 a.m. Our doctor tells us to walk around and get these things going! Within an hour we are having good strong contractions and are having to work very hard with them. We are trying lots of different techniques.

Laura.

Laura, our nurse, comes to check us. We are hoping that we've made some progress after all these contractions. It's about 1 p.m. Pam is 3-4 cms, 90% effaced, and the perfect part... the baby has dropped into the pelvis!
