bad pain!
- I had it start around 4 in the morning when it woke me up from sleep. It didn't go away so I went to labour and delivery where they hooked me up to a monitor. They told me it was round ligament pain and sent me home, but the pain hasn't subsided. No bleeding and I can still feel the baby move, so I am not to worried and just taking it easy.

the pain!
- when I first felt this pain I thought I just pulled a muscle trying to roll off the couch (i was 37 weeks) but when I woke up in a huge amount of pain my husband and I panic and went into labor and delivery. they hooked me up to a fetal heart monitor and checked to see if I was in labor. I wasn't and the baby was fine so they sent me home. When I saw my doc he told me it was round ligament pain, I just wish labor and delivery could have told me so I didn't wonder for days

Thought I was in trouble!
- The first time I had round ligament pain I thought that I was experiencing a major pregnancy complication. I knew that I would see bleeding any minute. It was the oddest thing and over just as quickly as it started but it left me in a panic. A quick call to the doctor's office and I was feeling much better, if not a little silly for calling. Though they assured me that almost every newly pregnant mom called about this very issue.
