- My doctor recommended a fiber supplement. I was a bit leery. His nurse told me that I could work on increasing my fiber with certain foods. I ate sweet potatoes for dinner, I sprinkled a bit of fiber bran flakes in with my regular cereal, and that was all I had to do.

- I've never been constipated before. It was awful. My midwife suggested lots of fiber, water and exercise. So I ate cereal and fruit as a snack every day and walked. This helped a lot and I never had another issue with it.
