From the article: Remembering to Kegel
The kegel has a lot of benefits in pregnancy like strengthening the pelvic floor to help you when pushing, to help prevent you from wetting yourself when you sneeze and even helping you have a more enjoyable sex life. But just how do you remember to kegel? Share Your Ideas

Is kegel safe in preg?

As a routine I kegel every time I pass urine. But since I became pregnant I stopped. Is it safe in pregnancy? GUIDE COMMENT: Kegels are safe in pregnancy.

kegels

Well I don't have a child however I do kegels every time time I am stopped at a red light... or while I am cooking dinner. If you can find something in your life that you do everyday just add it to that time. It's not like anyone other than you will know.

Kegel While Brushing Teeth

I try to make it a routine action. Doing them while brushing my teeth is one way to get them in once or twice a day.
