never ending nausea

I am now 34 weeks pregnant and recently hospitalized for steroids for baby lungs because of preterm labor. I am on bedrest but I get up constantly to pee and vomit. I'm hungry, I'm full, I ate something delicious and still I vomit. I have never experienced nausea and vomiting in pregnancy but since I have declared this the last pregnancy, I seem to have been plagued by it. Heartburn is my constant companion but with it comes my baby, whom I already love very much. She will come any day now and I can't wait to see her and touch her. My kids get more excited every day because they know that she can come at any time especially since we thought that it was going to happen this week (scary but exciting).

the anticipation.

I was expecting the morning sickness, the moodiness, the fatigue, the pain, and all of the normal symptoms. The hormone induced panic atacks on the other hand, not so much. I cried for weeks before I had her and I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to deliver her. (I have had hip problems). I was even hospitialized for hyper-ventilating. It was awful. Turns out that the delivery was the easiest thing throughout pregnancy. And it was amazing to see her for the first time.

baby movements

I'm eight months pregnant and the worst thing for me is when my little girl doesn't move in the mornings until I eat something... Oh and one more thing when I go out to the movies with my boyfriend I always have to use the restroom.

GUILT

Everything you read tells you that you are doing something wrong. If you take medicine, your baby will have a birth defect, if you talk on you cell phone too much, exercise too much, eat too much, eat too little, choose to find out what you are having, choose not to, have the test or not. I had one lady tell me that she was certain that her son was autistic because of too many ultrasounds--after I told her about having an ultrasound. (By the way, my daughter had more ultrasounds than any baby I know and she is fine). Truth is, if there is something wrong with the baby, often there is nothing you could do to prevent it, and even if there was, it's already done. Love the baby. I also hate the horror birth stories everybody loves to share. It's like everybody has to one-up eachother with how bad it was.

The last 2 months

I didn't have any problem with morning sickness or too much fatigue early on. But the strain of carrying around a 9lb+ baby (3 times!) was tiring. Though I never gained more than 30 lbs each time, that's still like hefting 3 bowling balls 24/7. And it was annoying to have people always saying, "You must be ready to have that baby any day now!" when I was only 6 months.

Evening Sickness, Fatigue, No sleep

I started my thirteenth week today, getting more excitd by the day. I can't wait to start shopping around for this little long awaited angel. I'm doing so bad in the evenings all I want to do is get home and sleep with all the nausea and fatigue. The best I sleep is a few hours, like two and then I'm a awake the rest of the night. This is taking a toll on my dehydrated skin. Anyway I can't wait for my bundle of joy to come. We are so excited.

I can't feel my hands!

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant, and the worst part for me is that I can't sleep due to painfully numb hands and a bladder that is working overtime. It's been all good up until now, and it's starting to take its toll on my body. If I don't get sleep soon, I'm gonna go nuts! Other than the symptoms mentioned, pregnancy has been wonderful!

Morning sickness and fatigue

The nausea and tiredness have been the hardest thing for sure. The nausea keeps me from eating foods I normally like, like avocado. And I would love to have a little more energy- my house has gone without a good good cleaning in weeks! But then I think about my tiny dinosaur and it's all worth it.

To Touchy

I love attention but it gets kind of old having people touching your stomach all the time. I don't like people touching me in the first place so when a random person comes up to me and asks me to touch my stomach I get really mad.

Oh my God

Oh my, can't sleep well, numbness, bitter mouth, weak, can't wait and the worst is I am only two months and my first time. The best of it is that a young life is growing within me.

Nothing too bad yet...

I'm currently in my 6th week, and haven't experienced morning sickness yet, although I do have a metallic taste in my mouth. I am a bit more tired and not being able to have my coffee isn't helping. I just hope it is a healthy baby and I want May to get here already...that seems like an eternity away!!!

Exciting Movement

Am 29 weeks with my first child, the baby kicks me all the time and if it takes long I get worried. Am scared to know the sex because my husband wants a girl and me too so I believe it's a boy, so am likely not to go for a scan.
