Fill it up!
- I put a two liter pitch in the fridge every morning and my goal is to empty every day. I know I don't want to have to chug it all before bed because I'll be up all night in the bathroom. So it helps motivate me to drink it throughout the day. If I'm going out, I just pour from the pitcher to my water bottle. It helps keep me honest.
