Never Getting an Epidural
- I woke up and my head was wrapped in painful blows. Fluids and caffeine didn't help. Because I had a traumatic experience, I delayed the blood patch. At the end it was the only thing that worked. It's the wOrst headache of any lifetime. Every time I felt it, I died.

Oh my goodness!
- It was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I was thinking it was from having the cesarean but my head was pounding. The first nurse just told me to lie flat. It was so hard to see my baby, but honestly after awhile I didn't care I just wanted my head to stop hurting. I did have caffeine in my IV and I had a blood patch. That was weird but I didn't care. It went on for days and even the big drugs didn't really touch it.
