- Can child birth be done naturally without a doula? Sure. But I'm glad we decided to have a doula present for ours, no way would I have remembered every birth coaching detail I learned through the months of pregnancy AND have been able to follow the steps properly when the big moment arrived. I was so impressed by our doula I started Facebook.com/dadsdigdoulas to help spread the word to other dads that a doula will make the whole birth experience safer, more enjoyable, more free of pain, etc.

- I love this article! As a doula, I find a lot of dad's have concerns about the doula stealing the show. This puts perfectly how doula's and dads/partners make a great team for labour support... truly allowing the partner to give the best support possible to mama!

Doula's are worth the money!
- Although my labor was very fast, my husband and I are grateful for our doula and should we have a second baby, we would hire her again! She kept my husband calm and was by my side through every hard contraction, rubbing my back and breathing with me. Doulas are the best!!!

- I was also a skeptic, but my wife made me. I'm so glad. The doula was really helpful, like the article talks about. She also came to the house to help with breastfeeding which was a big blessing.
