This is something so many people forget in their labor bags. It also has a small hot sock to hit some of the more painful spots like the small of your back or pubic bone during labor. I love the stretch oil, it's good for all over including your perineum. And it even has a relaxing CD to help guide you through labor quietly. I highly recommend this product for your labor kit.

The Lighten My Labor Comfort Kit is designed to provide relaxation and comfort producing products for your labor and birth experience. It is attractively packages and contains four products: Relax With Me Whipped Massage Gel, Breathe With Me Linen/Room Spray, Lift Me Cooling Body Mist and Restore Me After Baby Bath Tea. Some of these products smell better than others, but the whipped massage lotion was great and the after baby bath felt really good on aching skin.
