Guide Review - BeNice Prenatal Drink Mix Review

BeNice prenatal drink mixes are convenient packets that can be added to bottles of water to help a pregnant or nursing mom supplement their diet. They are not intended to replace a prenatal vitamin and, as with all supplements, should be discussed with your doctor or midwife. I found both the Berrylicious and Lemonade flavors to be very sweet and very strong. These packets would make a nice alternative for a mom who enjoys fruit-flavored drinks but wants to save on calories and add some vitamins to supplement their diet.

Great for some, not for everyone, Member kiar

I see great value in this type of product. It just isn't a product for me. I am not the type of person that likes artificially flavored drinks or processed treats so even though this is a kind product made with natural ingredients it does not fit into my lifestyle. If you already are a Crystal Light drinker or like flavored iced teas then this product would be normal to you. I like drinking water, whole fruit juices, and plain tea, that is just me. The value I do see in this product is that it can be great to flavor water which is necessary for pregnant women when they are having a hard time drinking anything. It can help with supplementation if you are having a hard time keeping prenatal vitamins down. It is perfect for pregnant women that enjoy buying products geared towards them. It is a great replacement for soda if you are trying to break yourself of that habit when pregnant. It is also made of some great natural ingredients, in partially post-consumer recycled packaging, from a facility that uses wind power (so is pretty kind and a product I usually would want to buy). I drank it when I was in some serious dehydration spells. I had to dilute it though so used one packet to a half-gallon of water. I am back to drinking plain water now but have a few packets in my tea drawer if I feel I need them again. For now if I need to flavor my water I add a slice of lemon and am happy.
