I really appreciated the information in Feed the Belly. I enjoyed reading all of the suggestions for food choices and how they can affect you before conception and through pregnancy. This book offers a mom suggestions on food safety, cooking tips and healthy lifestyle choices. When I was looking for a healthy meal but didn't know what to fix I could quickly turn to the recipe section and found delicious options. Another useful section was the part about choosing healthier fast food choices. One thing I would have liked to see were more suggestions for vegetarians and vegans. I would suggest using this book not only as a recipe guide but also as a nutrition guide before and during your pregnancy.
