The Boy Ultrasound Gallery is designed for you to see what a baby boy looks like on ultrasound photos from various weeks of pregnancy. Each week in pregnancy can look slightly different. This is because of a variety of factors including the weight of the mother, the position of the baby, the skill of the ultrasound technician, as some examples. You'll notice that what you see varies a lot by the number of weeks of gestation.

There aren't too many theories about what makes someone claim "It's a boy!" on ultrasound. Typically you will have the ultrasound technician looking for a penis or scrotum.
