Each card, in addition to being coded by stage of pregnancy, gives you information on the exercise, additional tips and alterations for pregnancy as well as a detailed photo to help you repeat the movement or exercise. The cards are good for the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
You can use the original Sane Fitness Exercise deck in the first trimester, therefore it is not included in this deck.
