Pregnancy - Week Four
Are you ticking off the signs of pregnancy while you ask yourself if you're pregnant? The basics have begun forming but are not really recognizable as the image you probably have of a baby yet. Towards the end of this week and into next week, an early ultrasound can show a gestational sac.
