Baby Eight - The Second Trimester of Pregnancy

Week 14

I'm slowly feeling like I can move around more in the day time without morning sickness being really awful. I still haven't gained weight and I eat constantly because as weird as it sounds I feel less nauseated when I eat. So I'm grazing.

I'd also forgotten how quickly those little pregnancy signs like needing to go to the bathroom a lot, even in the middle of the night and heartburn occur. Ouch.

We told the kids this week and not how we wanted to tell them, but they know and they are mostly happy. The little ones are really happy - they like babies. Baby Ocho is what we're calling this baby.

I got to go to a blessingway recently for a friend having a first baby. It was really cool to watch everything and to know she would be well cared for in her birth. I also told two friends while I was at the blessingway, because I felt overcome by the moment. They squealed and nearly spilled the beans!
