Take a stick and poke holes in your floral foam about two inches apart on all sides. This will be where you will store your cake pops as you are finishing them.
Holding the stick, gently lower a single cake pop into the candy coating. Be careful with it. Dip the cake pop in the candy coating to cover the exposed cake ball. Try to get the excess candy coating off the cake ball as you lift it by gently tapping the stick on the side of the container.
Replace the wet cake pop into the hole in the floral foam. Sprinkle with the topping of your choice. Repeat with the rest of the cake pops. They will need to set up for about an hour before you can use them.
When you are ready, pull out the second cookie sheet of cake balls from the freezer and make a new batch of candy coating. Continue as before with the second set.
