Once you have the mixture well blended, it's time to form the cake balls. Have one of the cookie sheets ready, covered with the wax paper. Wash your hands and grab enough of the mixture to make a cake ball of about an inch and a half. If the cake balls get too big, they are harder to dip and you get less than the average 48 servings.

You can use a small ice cream scoop. This still didn't form the balls as well as rolling the mixture between my hands. Though it was helpful in scooping out uniform amounts of mixture.

This is a lot like making matza balls, though no egg to contend with in this recipe. I felt like I had to wash my hands off every so often because of the texture. You may not need to do that.
