Guide Review - Bumbo Baby Seat
Then I talked to someone who is an orthopedic surgeon about the Bumbo Baby Seat. His take was that if your baby couldn't sit up on their own that there had to be a reason. His concern was that we were all in a big rush and potentially it might not be the best for baby. My chiropractor friends agreed with him.
Parents are divided. Some didn't mind spending the money, even if it wasn't going to be used for very long, though the box says it's good for up to 14 months (or 22 pounds). You can start using it around four months. Though I'd think the bigger issue would be how well your baby can hold up his or her head.
