I think this book was meant as a joke and to be funny. It looks amazingly like any other baby book you'd pick up to record your baby's firsts. Though once you look a bit harder you'll find that the "firsts" are not ones you'd necessarily care to know or even think about. An example would be the size of the "hole" the baby came out of...
I tend to have a pretty twisted sense of humor. This book was a bit much for my taste, even in jokes. I figured a star and a half would be fine because there might be someone out there who would enjoy it as a gag gift, perhaps for a dad.
