Guide Review - BabyPhone Application for iPhone
Well, I had a chance to try it out. Our daughter was sleeping upstairs in a bassinet. We never really leave her away from us when she's sleeping and this was a nap she didn't usually take. It was spring break and we wanted to watch a movie with the kids. Wishing we actually owned a baby monitor we stood upstairs trying to figure out what to do. All of a sudden I remembered this app!
We plopped my iPhone next to the baby and switched the cell phone number to our home number and headed downstairs to watch the movie.
Every time the phone rang we jumped. Finally, the baby called us. We announced to the kids that she was calling. They thought that was funny. Though they took turns calming her with their voices while my husband went to get her. They still can't figure out how she dialed the phone, but we sure got a chuckle as well as a restful movie with the older kids, knowing that the baby would call us if she needed us!
