Bad Baby Names by Michael Sherrod and Matthew Rayback is a pint sized book that packs a seriously fun punch. Using real data from the US Census and other historical data for the names.
The baby names are broken up into fun categories like "Uphill in the Snow Both Ways" and "Around the World in 80 Names." Because of the format it's a quick read, which also makes it a load of fun at baby showers and for dads. In fact, if my husband could only read one baby name book, this would probably be the one he would choose. (It might also make him realize that baby names I picked are not so crazy or far fetched as he originally thought...)
