"Does anyone know what happens? I've not encountered this before, having had 3 natural pregnancies with no complications. Can I still have natural childbirth or will a C-section be required? Is there anything I can do that will help the baby turn down? He is laying sideways right now with his butt on my left side. His head is tucked down to his chest and the knees almost touching his nose. It looks so uncomfortable for the little guy."
