"I really wanted a VBAC mostly because my baby I already had at home would only be 15-16 months when my baby was born and I wanted the faster recovery time. I knew that it would be too hard on my toddler if I couldn't pull her up on my lap and hold her without hurting. After doing both, I really must say that vaginal is so much easier in the recovery. I didn't have a bad labor either, only 12 hours from the time the dr broke my water, and then only the last 6 were painful."
