Thirty Five Weeks, Two Days

I'm having a rotten week. My car was broken into this morning. I've really thought of not much else. Though Benjamin was home from school today and helped me put away some of the baby's stuff into the dresser that finally arrived (Okay so I don't have to race the dresser, just the glider now!).

Physically I'm okay. Just a bit achy and sore. Nothing a hot bath won't handle. Though I don't like the stares, my husband says that they are because I waddle. So I tried walking purposefully and it hurt too much. Guess I'll just waddle!

Thirty Five Weeks, Three Days

I wrote a lengthy note about my prenatal appointment and my silly placenta brain forgot to save the file! So, the brief recap is that all is well with mom and baby. Baby is a good size, midwife estimates probably about 9 lb. at birth. Kids are finally getting excited. Our birth planning party is next week and I loved doing that it felt very good to have everyone sit in the same room and focus on the newest Weiss.

The trip to Toronto is this weekend and I'm excited about that too. Some friends have given me grief about it, but my medical personnel are not concerned.

Thirty Five Weeks, Six Days

Off to Toronto in just a few hours! I've grabbed some extra cord clamps and printed out my copy of "How to Deliver a Baby". I think I'll give it to some people just to weird them out! Think good strong, no labor vibes for me!
