I have several games to add to your list.
One idea is to taste test baby food and guess the contents, or just look
at the baby food jars (with out labels) and guess what is in them.
Another idea is to hang up a clothes line and have people take turns to see
who can hang the clothes while balancing a doll on their hip, the fastest.
Or everyone has to unroll toilet paper (or streamer) to guess how much is
needed to wrap around the pregnant mama's belly.
Or there is a candy bar memory game. The group plays memory, trying to
match words that pertain to pregnancy, birth, babies, etc. When they get a
match, they get a candy bar (example: umbilical cord-twizzlers
or contraction-whoopers; or hospital bill - 10 Grand Bar)
