Have a clothes line held up with clothes pins on it...the guests go up one at time and for each baby item they name they remove a cloths pin....the catch is they can only use one hand and they need to keep the clothespins in that hand, if they drop one, they stop. The winner is the person with the most clothes pins left in their hand. You cannot count any clothes pins dropped on the floor.
