Here is a game that was done at a bridal shower but work for a baby shower as well:

While the guest of honor was unwrapping her presents, a timer was set for every 10 minutes or so. When the timer went off, the person who had brought the gift (that was in the process of being unwrapped) was the winner.

The gifts being awarded were the centerpieces used during the shower. For this occassion, the hostess had put Hershey's kisses with Almonds in a glass bowl with a scalloped edge and had tied some good ribbon around the edge. Everyone at the shower thought it was a wonderful, new idea.
