Bedrest isn't something that most people plan for in pregnancy. In fact, I hear that many moms write me and are completely taken by surprise. One of the things that these moms talk to me about is completing their pregnancy to do lists.
One item on that list is often childbirth class. The good news is that even on bedrest, there are ways to get a good childbirth class under your belt. (HINT: These classes are free, even if you aren't on bedrest.)
