There are better ways to stay in shape, before, during and after a pregnancy. Surgery should be the last attempt! Of course there are benefits to this surgery, but there are the same benefits no matter how you lose the weight. Almost every pregnant woman gains weight, and there are better ways to manage it and keep it reasonable.
