Baby Blocks - BABY

As the New year unfolds, people start making resolutions and plans for the upcoming year. I'd encourage you to take a minute a spend some time thinking about your baby. I don't mean scheduling your prenatal visits or anything like that, but just a minute or two to connect with baby. Stop and enjoy feeling your baby move, or think about next year and what life will be like with your little one.

Consider how you feel about pregnancy.  Do you see it as a positive experience or simple a means to an end?  Are you confident in your body , your baby and your birth?  Consider pregnancy affirmations to help you build this confidence through your pregnancy.

What do you do to promote prenatal bonding?
