Can you tell the sex of your baby at 10 weeks?

Intelligender is a home kit that uses your urine to tell you if you are having a boy or girl from about the tenth week of pregnancy on.  While they claim outstanding results, the public reaction varies.  People love it or hate it.  Have you tried it?  What do you think?  Is it worth $30 to know about 10 weeks before most ultrasounds?
