Smoothies for Morning Sickness

Morning sickness sucks.  One of the big problems with experiencing this pregnancy symptom is that you run the risk of becoming dehydrated or your nutrition suffers.  That's where smoothies come in.

Smoothies are a great way to get in a bit of nutrition, great taste and it seems to go down easier than regular food.  My husband, in my pregnancies, would make me various smoothies when I felt queasy.  Sipping on the cool concoctions really helped me get it down and keep it down. It also made him feel like he was being helpful.  I was thinking of that today as I came across a great list of smoothie recipes.  I'm anxious to try the Orange Dreamsicle smoothie...
