Inexpensive Labor Tools

With each of my labors, I've had something I couldn't live without. One thing, though that one thing differed for each baby. One labor the birth ball was my friend, another time it was the aerobics step stool, and another my favorite rice sock. I hear about women who have paid a lot of money for just the right item to aid them in pain relief for labor, but I think that you can usually do it for a lot less. So I'm giving you some ideas on four inexpensive labor tools that you can make or buy for relatively little money.
