Postpartum Weight Loss Made Easy

As the weather warms, you might be thinking of skimpier summer clothes, particularly AFTER the baby is born. But that means you have to lose your pregnancy weight. Scientists have finally figured out the three small clues to helping moms shed that postpartum weight. The good news is that these easy tips are great for everyone, it's not about having a personal trainer or spending six hours a day at the gym like many of the celebrities do. These are real solutions for real people.
