Get the Most Out of Your Childbirth Class

Thursday April 2, 2009
Some days the choices can be overwhelming in pregnancy. But one thing I truly believe in is taking a childbirth class. Most people get overwhelmed by the classes and can't figure out which one is really the one they need for the type of birth they'd like. So I have some advice for you when it comes to choosing a childbirth class. I should also tell you that I think everyone should take a class, even if you want an epidural and even if you've already had a baby before...

It's also important to realize that you will get out of your childbirth class, exactly what you put into it. So there are things that you can to do ensure that you get the most out of class. These occur both before you sign up for a class and once you sit down with your pillows.
