Need a Quick Stretch?

If you're thinking about traveling for spring break or maybe just a pre-baby vacation, you're likely to be spending some time cramped in a plane or a car. That can leave you feeling a bit cramped and stiff, particularly when you're pregnant.
That's what I love yoga for... It's easy and can be done almost anywhere, not to mention the near immediate relief. I've assembled a bunch of quick yoga videos for you to look at and try out to help you stretch after a wild (or not so wild) holiday. My favorite one is the pigeon pose. Which is your favorite?
