Do you wet yourself when you sneeze? (Guess which celebrity does?)

Did you happen to catch Elizabeth Hasselbeck talking about her little "problem"? Apparently she had a bit of incontinence with her last pregnancy. If sneezing and coughing are sure to bring you a wet spot in your pants, you're not alone. Many pregnant women suffer from this type of problem during or after pregnancy. The good news is that you are not destined to be dependent on adult diapers for the rest of your life. Here are some great exercises to help prevent or alleviate the problem, you might also want to avoid coached pushing in labor.
