Choosing Child Care

Saturday October 4, 2008
One of the things you are probably not thinking about immediately upon getting a positive pregnancy test is the child care option that is best for you and your family. There are many options available for child care, though many think of simply the two main options: day care and staying home. There are also in home day cares, au pairs, nannies, babysitters, parenting co-ops and more.

The earlier you start looking for child care, the more options you will have. This is because many child care facilities and providers quickly become employed. You should also look around locally for certifying agencies, nanny "schools" and other resources available to you.
