Pregnancy Complications

Certainly no one wants or asks for a complicated pregnancy, but a certain percentage of women will experience some form of a complication in pregnancy. From gestational diabetes to pregnancy induced high blood pressure; Rh factor to placenta previa - there are numerous conditions that you may not have even thought about before pregnancy. Thankfully today's technology has given us hope of successfully treating these diseases. The good news is that now with testing and screening, we can sometimes catch diseases earlier and that means healthier moms and babies. This is part of the importance of prenatal care.
