Pregnancy Exercise - Your Way

Most of us know that exercise is good for the general population, but I think that many pregnant women tend to slack off on the exercise. I know when I'm suffering from morning sickness or that sheer exhaustion that comes with being pregnant, it's so hard to reconcile my body to do what my mind knows is best.

Research tells us that pregnant women who exercise have fewer problems and get back in shape faster, something we all want, right? So I think that what I've found that works best is to do what you enjoy doing or what works for you - no matter what kind of exercise is best. Seriously, think about all the pregnant women you know who believe that you have to walk or swim only in pregnancy, there are many things you can do:

Feel free to share what type of exercise you do while pregnant. I at least try to get in some yoga when I can...
