Saving Money in Pregnancy

The more we look at spending money these days with everything going on, the more we try to buckle down and spend less. So, I've trying to figure out the best way to save money during pregnancy. Okay, so you can't not buy some things, but you can still rack up a lot of money on smaller things like pregnancy books. So I was thinking that Paper Back Swap might have pregnancy books - and they do! It's a really great way to get new pregnancy books as well as breastfeeding books.

The next place that you can blow money in pregnancy is maternity clothes. Though you can't really go completely without maternity clothes without suffering a bit. My advice is to actually plan for maternity clothes, beg and borrow for some, and buy only what you need - then you start with second hand clothes and only then do you move onto new maternity clothes. So what are your tips for saving money here?
