April is Cesarean Awareness Month (CAM) sponsored by the International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN). "It is a time for awareness for all pregnant women, all mothers, and all women everywhere. The

As the cesarean rates in the United States hit about one third of all births, many women are interested in learning more about cesarean section as well as vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).

It is so important to learn about cesareans. I was so surprised when I needed one and even more surprised when trying to have a vaginal birth afterwards. Thankfully ICAN helped me a ton!
