Swelling in Pregnancy

It is so hot where I live. I'll admit that I feel very sorry for every pregnant woman I see on the streets. I never really had the experience of swelling, except for the occasionally swelling of the feet. That is until I had the twins. Oh my, I remember the swelling vidvidly. I could feel it to my thighs. Everyone can be concerned about swelling in pregnancy. It is perfectly normal to have some swelling. Here's how to tell what is normal and what isn't.

My sister in law’s ankles swelled up and after the birth one never went down.
