Swelling in Pregnancy

It is so hot where I live. I'll admit that I feel very sorry for every pregnant woman I see on the streets. I never really had the experience of swelling, except for the occasionally swelling of the feet. That is until I had the twins. Oh my, I remember the swelling vidvidly. I could feel it to my thighs.
